To celebrate four years of TQE, join us for a late night extravaganza (we could not think of a better )! Come down to St. Mary’s Street for a load of activities including:

  • 18:00-21:00 - Free entry to our intimate, in-door celebration (we put up a curtain at the front of the shop so we can pretend it is a speakeasy)

  • 21:00-00:00 - Performances from a HUGE line-up of extraordinary acts we have been fortunate to have with us over the years

  • 00:00-02:00 - DJ, music and dancing!

All of the funds raised will go towards The Queer Emporium Foundation’s activities, including its recently launched Trans+ Travel Fund, helping cover travel costs for people getting gender-affirming care.

Accessibility Information

This event will take place within The Queer Emporium itself and in the Royal Arcade in Morgan Quarter. Access to this can be gained via our shop front entrance, which includes a step or via our side entrance, which is level with the ground but please let us know in advance if you would like to use this one as it is often locked. There is also a disabled toilet on site.
The Queer Emporium is situated at the lower half of St. Mary's Street. There is a taxi rank diagonally across from the space and Uber cars are able to collect people from the Marriott Hotel, which is approximately 0.4 miles away. Here, many buses also stop to collect passengers and allow them to alight. Parking is available in St. David's Hall 2 and the John Lewis Car Park, both of which are approximately 0.2 miles from The Queer Emporium.
